Heads up for cell phone users, if you don't have wifi calling capable phone, expect yourself finding a good spot to get reception. Not a whole lot that can be done about that.
Some of the amenities I truly enjoyed were the no charge laundry services located on site. Clubhouse, with his and hers full bathrooms. A billiards Texas country style feel (very authentic). I also appreciate the peace and quiet, truly I have no issues or complaints about the location or staff.
I just wanted to make sure I took the time to extend my appreciation for the time is spent there. Truly a worthu place to stay if your in the area looking for a quiet, convenient place to stay.
The office manage is equally so and truly a joy to interact with.
Frankly, I've stayed at quite a few RV parks all over Texas. This is by far the most equipped.

The Owner is very reasonable and respectful.
Beautifully laid out: Instead of bulldozing the foliage, the original owner made sure individual sites are surrounded by trees and big cactus plants and grasses. Very nice owner and office manager, and exceptional rates. Love our new home!
Nice park BUT, No policies (pets, payment, cancellation, check-in/out times, etc.)no TV cable, no credit cards. Website has only address and phone #. Mostly full time residents not very friendly. Would not recommend. Will not return. Be careful w/manager!!
Friendly management, nice views, decent Internet. There is a good mix of weekenders, short- and long-term residents. The park is clean, there is a clubhouse, bathrooms and showers are clean. Paved lot and good camp sites. Some electrical and plumbing connections aren't perfect, but no real issues with water pressure or electricity. Some dump connections are a bit higher than they should be. Lots of hills, but nothing that isn't manageable even will underpowered campers.
