Constantly get my mail delivered to the wrong address and have had packages often deliver a day late even though it gets to their location in the AM.
They rarely answer the phone. Almost always rings continuously, transfers to the operator, asks for an access code or just hangs up.
Victor goes above and beyond to find a solution to any issue that may come up with missing pkgs etc. Super helpful and very professional. Thank you so much!!
They regularly leave packages on our curb on a major road. ON the CURB! have seen them through the package from the car, once it was a laptop
I have no idea who the mail carrier is that handles the Grandview Dr area. But whomever they are really needs to learn their job!! I mailed a 20+ pound package to my mother in law. She was at home at the time. Instead of honking the horn for her to come get the package or leaving it on her porch, this person decided to just leave it at the mailbox for any and all to see. Needless to say the package was stolen and now everything gone. I have to cancel a money order to make sure that the asses that stole the box doesn't get cash to. This situation could have been completely avoided if the postal worker took an extra 2 minutes to finish the job properly.
They have registered a package as delivered only to get home after 4pm and no package... not just no package, they didn't deliver the mail, yet they register the package as delivered?
Regularly misdelivers the mail. We probably deliver at least 1 letter a week to our neighbors.
